Errwood Sailing Club is located in the Goyt Valley within the Peak District National Park, between Buxton and Macclesfield. The club offers a variety of sailing, windsurfing, and powerboat training courses throughout the year, all of which are available exclusively to its members. The club is recognized as an RYA Training Centre, ensuring that the courses meet international standards.

The clubhouse, refurbished in 2016, features heated changing rooms, showers, and a modern training room with a galley that provides snacks and light refreshments. Members can enjoy panoramic views of the 80-acre reservoir and the surrounding natural beauty. The club organizes regular sailing sessions on weekends and some weekdays during the summer, and it fosters a social and family-friendly environment through various events and races throughout the year.
